Where value breaks down
Per-location charges can dominate a large portfolio. Reporting add-ons and extra users may matter more than the entry price. If you need listings, do not compare the cheapest plan with a competitor’s full listings package. For a scan-heavy workflow, test the monthly allowance against your planned grid size before judging value.
For a five-location trial, record setup time, review-routing exceptions and the report you would send a client. Those are buyer tests to perform, not results we claim to have measured.
